Washing and drying
Every product page lists its own care instructions. Follow those first, as they can differ between products. Check the care label before the first wash.
Making changes easier
- Keep a spare so there is always a clean one ready, especially overnight.
- Keep clean bedding, a fresh pad and a laundry bag together near the bed.
- Talk the routine through with the person you care for, so they know what to expect.
When to get advice
Our products are not a medical treatment. If incontinence is new, getting worse, or causing skin soreness, talk to a GP, practice nurse or continence nurse.
