Where our name comes from
Hami is short for Hamilton, our home in the Waikato. Nest stands for the comfort and familiarity of home: the feeling we want every bed to have, whoever sleeps in it.
What we care about
- Dignity. We talk plainly and respectfully, and never talk down to anyone.
- Calm. Night-time accidents are stressful enough. Getting help with bedding should not add to it.
- Straight answers. We tell you the sizes, materials and care instructions, and we say so when we do not know something.
- Warmth. You deal with people in Hamilton, not an online checkout.
