What personal information we collect
When you use our enquiry form, or contact us by email, text message or WhatsApp, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the product you are asking about, and the contents of your message. Please do not include sensitive health details in your message unless it is needed for your enquiry. If you do, we will treat it with extra care.
Providing your details is voluntary. If you choose not to give us a name and a way to contact you, we may not be able to reply to your enquiry.
Comments
Our website does not currently allow visitors to post public comments. If this changes, we will update this policy before comments are switched on.
Media
Photos we publish on this website are checked so they do not contain hidden location data. Our enquiry form does not ask for photos. If you send us a photo by email or WhatsApp, we use it only to help with your enquiry.

Some of our providers store or process information outside New Zealand. WhatsApp, for example, is operated by Meta and may process messages overseas. We take reasonable steps to make sure our providers protect your information to a standard comparable to New Zealand law. By contacting us through these services, you understand your information may be handled overseas.
